Process

Cultivation

The Agave Tequila Weber from Gran Misterio is from the region of Los Altos Jalisco and takes approximately eight years to mature.

Cooking

The pineapple is cooked in a careful process to be transformed into simple sugars, which are separated from the pineapple by a pressurized water process.

Fermentation

The resulting sugars are fermented with the best quality kosher yeasts to be transformed into alcohol.

Copper Still Destilation

Once transformed into alcohol, a double distillation process is carried out. The first distillation is carried out in a copper still, which brings out the flavor of the agave, and the "Ordinario" is obtained.

Distillation in Steel Stills

The second distillation produces the Ordinario, which is rectified in steel stills to stabilize its quality.
